Returns & Exchanges

At CJC Off Road, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. All returned apparel must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
